We have wifi, Apple TV, one queen bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. Unfortunately, one of the bars on the sofa bed frame was damaged by a guest, so the head of the bed drops down when it’s unfolded. If you choose to use this sofa bed, you can prop that section up with the cushions from the couch. Our farmhouse is most comfortable with two people, but can accommodate four. We are just next door if you need anything during your stay! You'll have privacy and experience what it's like to see the night stars and hear the crickets. This amazing town is full of history! The space Get away to Cooper’s Cabin, a newly restored pioneer cabin in 2012. It was found in ruins in the back corner of the property. The logs were numbered by Snow College’s Traditional Building Skills Institute and reassembled behind the inn. This cabin, circa 1860, was probably standing during the Black Hawk War of which William Osborne was a veteran. The pioneers could not have conceived the luxuries we take for granted in Cooper’s Cabin. Guest access Guests are encouraged to access the entire cabin, covered porch, patio and large picnic table just outside the cabin. Also, front yard and pasture are available upon request.

Included is a remote control to change air flow from the Great Room. Individual room temperature is controlled by opening the window and doors to allow air flow. The swamp cooler does an excellent job. We do accept larger groups up to 12-14 with the understanding that you supply the sleeping bags, air mattresses and tents needed for more than 10 guests. The yard accommodates 6 man tents as it is narrow. The entire fridge and freezer are for your use. It is a side by side counter depth fridge with plenty of room for a several day adventure. The kitchen is completely stocked with all cooking essentials: dish towels & wash clothes, silverware, dishes, mugs, pots & pans, cookie sheets, casserole dishes, cake pans, mixing bowls, hand mixer, cooking/mixing utensils, etc. If you are in need of a specific cooking item feel free to ask if we have it. Conveniently located within minutes of Palisade State Park, there are many activities close by including swimming, fishing, golfing, four-wheeling, hiking, and more. Cedar Crest is ideal for family reunions and has also been utilized for wedding receptions.

Welton Woods is an expansive lodge designed to bring luxurious amenities into the great outdoors. It's the perfect place for corporate training and seminars, wellness retreats, family reunions, and vacations. The Lodge is situated on a rustic mountainside above the town of Fairview, Utah. Welton Woods has more than 10,000 square feet of living space, and we are so thrilled to share it. The property offers the unique opportunity to accommodate a significant number of people all under one roof without feeling crowded. It's close enough to town to get things you need, but isolated enough to offer the ease of seclusion. Sleeping arrangements are made easily as the lodge sleeps 50 people in beds. In the winter, Welton Woods is only accessible by snowcat or snowmobiles which guests can rent from us for an additional fee or our driver can take them up and bring them back down for no additional charge. This comfortable manufactured home is well equipped to serve guests wishing to explore the beautiful geologic formations of the San Rafael Swell. It is located on county road 801 and is just two miles north of county road 803 known as the Moore cutoff road. The Moore cutoff road features a series of some of Utah's most famous geologic formations. You can see some of the same spectacular rocks found in Arches, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, and Dinosaur National Monument but without the crowds. The mobile home has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The master bathroom is located next to the master bedroom. The other bedroom has a twin sized bed and has a half bathroom adjacent to it. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. The living room has various chairs and a TV. There are no laundry facilities. The property has plenty of outdoor parking, but a garage and public transportation is not available.

Beautiful mountain top cabin with incredible vistas. Suitable for family reunions, corporate retreats or small getaways. Eight bedrooms with beds to accommodate 22 people. Enjoy riding ATVs or fishing on the nearby stream. Golf and swimming nearby for an additional cost. The option for your own chef to cook up to 2 meals a day! We will also refund $100 of the cleaning fee if you leave the cabin in the same shape as when you arrived. Please note, this cabin is located in the mountains above Fairview, about 15 minutes off the paved roads. The map seems to indicate it is on Highway 31, but this is because there is no address for the cabin and that is what showed up when I put in Fairview, Utah. Our beautiful cabin, located in a private, gated community, is available to book late spring through late fall, weather permitting. Lots of space for family reunions or corporate retreats. Meals can be included for an additional charge. You can book just one meal, breakfast and dinner every day, or anything in between. Simple lunch fixings are included with a full meal package at no additional charge. Check out our menu under "Other Things to Note" and send me a request for more information if you are interested. Bring your own ATVs to ride the miles of dirt roads and trails. ATV rentals are also available in Fairview. Trout fishing is available in the nearby stream. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the deck, a relaxing campfire at night making s'mores and watching the night sky for meteors. Swimming and golf are available nearby for an additional cost. Cell phones on the Verizon network get excellent reception but other cell networks can be spotty. There is a large flat screen TV and lots of movies on DVD to choose from. There is also a professional card table if your family is like mine and enjoys playing games. You will have full use of the cabin except the basement which is only partially finished and used for storage. If you need all 8 bedrooms then you will have access to the basement for the 2 finished bedrooms that are there. Although the cabin has 2 full bathrooms, that may not be adequate for really large groups. Hot showers are available free of charge 24 hours a day at a nearby location if needed. Your host will be present off and on during your stay to answer any questions you may have and to help with any issues that may arise. He will, of course, be there to provide any meals you have purchased. You must have your own transportation. For guests arriving by plane, the host will meet you at a predetermined spot near the Salt Lake City airport and guide you after you have picked up a rental car. For more local guests, or guests coming from the south, the host will meet you in Fairview, which is about 2 hours south of Salt Lake City on Highway 89. Once at the cabin, it is an hour round trip just to run to the store so bring everything you need! Other things to note Our gourmet breakfast and dinner menu is designed to give the guest an incredible western style dining experience. If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know and we will try to be accommodating, but keep in mind that our menu is designed to be cooked over an open fire and served family style. You will, of course, have access to the fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, camp stove and dutch oven pit (bring your own dutch ovens and charcoal) if you need to prepare your own meals. The Fairview Retreat & Reunion boasts a 650 square foot meeting room that is flexible in design for multi-use. With a projection wall, surround sound, and comfortable furnishings, it makes a great family movie viewing room. But bring in a business group and the projection wall is used for power points and presentations. There are even outlets in the floor for convenience in using laptops and wireless internet throughout the facility.
